I have owned Square Top Mountain Hunting Ranch for many years. It consists of 8500+ acres, 4 homes  and has quality game of many types of  deer, (mule & whitetail), rams, turkey, bobwhites and blues, mountain lion and other predators. Dear Tobe,

Please accept this letter of appreciation for an absolutely wonderful buying experience. I was in a relocation situation in temporary housing. You facilitated a quick and efficient transition beyond my wildest expectation. We closed on the seventh day from the date of offer!!! Wow, now that's fast and exceptional! Here's how the story unfolded.
1. Tobe identified all my needs and wants in our criteria.
2. He got us into every home we wanted to see without hesitation, quickly and swiftly.
3. Provided excellent neighborhood information and community details.
4. Made recommendations relevant to my needs, but in alignment to the market.
5. Worked through the night once an offer was on the table and secured acceptance that night, using great leverage.
6. Got both buyer/seller signatures on offer the next morning.
7. Personally took all necessary documents to the mortgage lender, which was pre-approved to facilitate an offer. Again, Tobe's recommendation.
8. Used all local businesses which worked efficient and thorough. I highly recommend Tena Waggoner @ Pioneer Mortgage and Joy @ Permian Abstract. Both are outstanding businesses and extremely professional.
9. Tobe aligned all inspections and again expedited everything to the accelerated closing date. Remember, this happened in only seven business days from date of offer.
10.Tobe checked and rechecked every step of the way keeping me in contact as he proceeded via phone. He met me when needed without hesitation.
11.Delivered an easy, uneventful closing as promised.

I do realize not all closings and house hunting go this smoothly, but Tobe had everything to do with the success. He is a true professional gentleman and knows his local business partners extremely well. He watched for my best interest and on multiple occasions he had my back. I just can't say enough great things about Tobe and his professionalism. Without hesitation I highly, highly recommend him.
